In order to minimalize disruption to our schedules, we require minimum 24-hour notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments.

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set.

Cancellations or a No-show within the 24-hour period will be charged 100% per scheduled service. By booking an appointment with Hands of Light Massage, you are agreeing to this policy.

As a busy, long term massage establishment, we often turn away clients or have people wait-listed. As such, we appreciate your courtesy and understanding in giving advance notice for changes and in respecting our hard working staffs valuable time. Thank you!
